Meet T. Bryan Lumpkin, Attorney at Law
Dedicated Criminal Defense for Clients throughout Cobb County and North Metro Atlanta
After graduating from the University of Georgia School of Law, I have practiced exclusively in criminal law for the last 13 years. For over a decade, I was a felony prosecutor in Cobb County and in Coastal Georgia. During that time, I worked for four years as a major case prosecutor working on cases involving complex legal, factual, procedural and jurisdictional issues, high-profile crimes, including the "murder by antifreeze poisoning" case that aired on Court TV, and on death penalty cases.
I am a seasoned litigator who has taken over 70 felony jury trials to verdict. In addition, I have handled over 100 bench trials, filed motions and represented clients at hundreds of contested hearings.
I am admitted to practice before all Georgia state courts and am a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Cobb County Bar Association. In addition to my legal practice, I am an active member of the Roswell Street Baptist Church in Marietta.
