When Honesty, Integrity and Experience Matter

For the past 13 years, I have practiced exclusively in criminal law. Prior to opening my own practice, I was a felony prosecutor in Cobb County and in the Coastal Georgia region. During that time, I spent four years as a major case prosecutor of complex and high-profile cases, including State v. Turner ("murder by antifreeze poisoning case") which aired on Court TV.

I am a highly experienced trial attorney who has taken over 70 felony jury trials to verdict, litigated over 100 bench trials and represented clients in hundreds of hearings. I am very comfortable in the courtroom and am familiar with the prosecutors, judges and court staff. Through my skilled and committed representation, I have helped numerous clients achieve successful results, and I can help you too.

My experience as a prosecutor has given me a valuable depth of knowledge about how the State prepares its case, as well as the legal and procedural complexities of the criminal justice system. This allows me to find and vigorously attack all the factual and legal weaknesses in the case against you.

I understand that my clients face serious potential consequences and that their future and freedom are at stake. I take the time to fully understand their situation, needs and goals. My job is to help you understand the legal process, provide a realistic assessment of likely outcomes and aggressively represent your best interests at every step, so you can make the most informed decisions possible.

Contact me and let us get started on building your defense today. My office is conveniently located across the street from the Marietta Police Department, just a few blocks from Marietta Square and the Cobb County Courthouse.

Open Monday to Friday from 9 to 6 · Evenings, weekends, and jail visits available by appointment · Flexible fees · Visa and MasterCard accepted
